Long before there were horses beneath the trees at SeaZen, there was simply a girl who couldn't stop dreaming about them.
Not just horses. Those horses.
The ones that seemed to belong to another world, silver-white, ancient and impossibly beautiful. The horses beneath kings in old paintings. The mythical steeds of stories. The closest thing the real world could conceive of a unicorn.
For a while, the dream faded into the background of an ordinary life.
And then one day, more than 30 years ago, a flash of blue and gold caught my eye as I waited in line at the local feed store. It was a business card. I picked it up, gasped, and my life changed forever.
