Rainforest stream flowing through old-growth forest at SeaZen Seaside

The ranch

Where the forest and horses keep each other company

Seazen Seaside lives at the edge of the rainforest, where ancient trees give way to shimmering meadows and silvery-white horses move through the mist.

For more than thirty years, these Spanish horses have been part of our story. Over time, the story has evolved and grown around them.

Mystical lavender took root in the meadows. Sparkling loose-leaf tea became another way to capture a little of the beauty and ritual of this place. A handful of yurts offered a rare few the chance to stay beneath the trees and wake to horses outside their door.

None of it was really planned as one thing.

It simply became one.

A place shaped by horses, forest and the quiet belief that there is still room in the world for a little wonder.

The SeaZen way

A place made of relationships

The rainforest is not a backdrop here. It is the weather, the water, the shelter, and the slow rhythm that shapes each day. The horses belong to that rhythm—grazing at the forest’s edge, listening to rain on the canopy, and inviting us to move more gently through the world.

SeaZen is built around a simple belief: when the land is cared for, there is room for wonder. The yurts, the tea rituals, the lavender dream, and the quiet moments with the herd all grow from that same relationship.

A living presence

Our white horses are companions and teachers. Their grace gives the ranch its pulse, and their daily care keeps us connected to what matters.

Old trees, rain-fed streams, ferns, and mist create a sanctuary that asks nothing more than attention. Every stay is an invitation to listen.
